Our workflow
Designing, producing and installing technical constructions is what we do.
We were one of the first SMEs to obtain the ‘EN 1090-1 EXC2’ certificate. Since the end of 2014, it has been prohibited by law to weld load-bearing parts if you do not have this certificate.
We also obtained our VCA certificate for the importance of safety and the environment at the installation site.
Your technicians
Kris, Steven, Kristoff and Remco lead each project, are on hand to answer any questions and follow the projects from start to finish.
Our experienced welders/mechanics/mechanics have made these final projects. They make the requested construction with an eye for detail: Everything must be perfectly tailored.
Jeffrey started at Barotec immediately after his studies. He is an experienced specialist in welding and assembly work, has followed various training courses (lifting platform, attack techniques, BE driving licence) and also has the necessary courage to handle assembly work.
Jonathan is our experienced specialist maintenance mechanic.
Our assembly team has the VCA* certificate, all our technicians obtained their ‘VCA basic’ diploma. We are audited annually by BTV in the context of the VCA, so that we can act correctly and safely.
As a constructor of load-bearing structures, we became one of the first companies to achieve the quality label ‘EN1090’. Welding tests are carried out every year to be able to achieve this welding quality. Vinçotte visits periodically for an ‘EN1090’ audit.
